I can't wait until next week!! But at the same time the season finales are really good and really bad. They have always been some of the best episodes but they always leave me wanting more and dying all summer long! ahhhhh! i can't believe another season is coming to a close. I'm hoping for lots of MerDer to tide me over!

Hi I’m live in Bali Indonesia and I just watch this episode online

I Think its not surprise us that this episode gonna be alex and izzie wedding day, but what surprised me is iam not disappointed at all. Iam crying a lot this episode, not because I’m sad, not because merder not getting married.Its because every scene in this episode give me everything I wanna see in a show, its touching my heart and make me melt. Its not just about the wedding.

Its about caring they shows us when chief always on Meredith side in hers first solo surgery, when bailey told Derek”there somet hing you can do for izzie”, and when merder give their wedding to alex ang izzie…YAY..its so generous..so perfect couple

Its about friendship they shows us when alex crying to Meredith, when mer and Christina help izzie with her dresses, when george help izzie along the aisle(I luv this moment), and when alex nod his head to george ..they finally become a friend.

Its about love they show us when mer look Derek, when Christina look owen, when callie kiss Arizona, when mark embrace lexie shoulder, and when alex says his vows to izzie, and when izzie’s hair keep falling he says”I bet you still beautifull when you bald”

And about bride and groom..i luv izzie but I luv merder more and iam not big fans of alex karev. I always agree when izzie says to alex in season 2 that he is not deserve to izzie, he’s not deserve to anyone else.Until now..until this season..i change my mind.alex karev turn from dirty uncle sam become a man with a lot of love.he care about izzie, he not giving up on her when she’s mess, he want a future with her, he love her so much. Alex turn from a man with dirty eyes become a man who love his bald hot wife.how can iam not falling in luv with alex karev?he’s mchotie,mccutie and now he’s mcgroomy..he’s izzie mcdreamy.alex is deserve to izzie, and to have alex at her side is a grace to her.

I still love merder, but now I luv alex..i luv izziex together

This has become one of my favorite episode ever of Grey's! Truly awsome!

I cried like a baby for the last 12 minutes. The wedding was amazing!

- Izzie's narration, amazing writing imo!

- Mark and the Chief assisting Mer 1st sole surgery was priceless. So funny!

- I liked Denny's presence for the 1st time. He was there for a purpose, help find the new tumor

- Alex was so cute (and hot) as grom

- Izzie looked amazing in that dress

- Mer being best (wo)man of Alex! Their friendship is adorable! That scene outside SG with him crying was alsoa tearjerker

- Izzie saying to Cristina that she wasn't a leftover - "You tried to save my life. That makes you honorable"

- George taking Izzie down the aisle was so touching! He was there for her in her biggest day

- Alex vows! They were based on the girl graduation speech, but was 100% Alex and what he feels for Izzie. I cried soooo much in this part

- Izzie losing her air while Alex saying "My wife is hot", tearjerker.

I'm just going to listen to the podcast now.

I loved this episode so much. Definitely one of the best if not the best ever. I loved everything in it. Just loved it so so much.

The promo is stumping me so much. I agree with you lovesgreys I really want to know why Mer yells 'Oh my god' the first time I heard it I thought it was her, but I wasn't sure, now I am convinced. I just really want Mer and Der to get married in this episode :)

Yeah, the "oh god" sounds bad! Its like sad, scared and surprised, i can't think of a reason why she would say it, like that.

I know, its really gotten me thinking, I have no idea what would make her sound like that, unless its something to do with Izzie? But I don't want to find out until the episode - spoiler free all the way!!!

Yeah. I still don't feel like anything with Izzie would make her say it like that. She's already aware that Izzie's in bad shape so she's probably prepared, I don't know. That's what stuck out to me most in the promo! That and Bailey crying :( I can't wait to see what happens!

That is true. I just don't want anything to happen to Mer. She's at a good place in her life and for something to go wrong now would be heartbreaking. I either think there are two options with Izzie 1: she's gonna die. Which would be horrible, I don't want her to die at all. Or 2: She'll lose her memory. Which would be horrible as well but better than dying.

I can't believe that there isn't going to be a writers blog or podcast after next episode. I won't be able to wait all summer after this huge cliffhanger happens.
