    I too loved Tyne Daly as Derek's mom. They definitley had a believeable mother/son relationship. For anyone who doesn't know how to get through the summer, do what I'm going to do and watch a favorite episode of your's every Thursday night or read a medical book series. The series by CJ Lyons is paticularly good. I'm going to attempt to  stay positive about the no- Grey's thing.

    I will try to stay positive... I liked Tyne Daly as Derek's mom too. It was most definitely believeable relationship.

    Tyne Daly is one of my favorite guest stars on Grey's.  Awesome and SO believable as Derek's Mom.  

    Having a party for the finale (had one for the first episode too) and may even wear my scrubs for it.  My husband and I were Mer/Der for Halloween last year.

    As for the summer, I will keep busy with my season 1-4 DVD's and I have this whole season on the DVR, so I can get my Grey's fix when I need it.  Of to watch some more season 2 right now.

    I found this article on yahoo in regards to the adorable wedding page that Izziecreated for Derek and Meredith's upcoming wedding.

    It's a great article, and Shonda is quoted saying something very positive at the end to make all MerDer fans happy!!

    I saw the sneak peaks and Denny was very creepy! All in black and very dark expression, like he is there to take Izzie away...

    And the one with MerDer, the hints about the wedding are all there, imo! Mer saying that it's all Izzie's dream wedding and that is Izzie's biggest day... Izzie and Alex are the ones getting married, imo!

    It's gonna be a pretty intense episode :D

    I also think it will be Alex and Izzie and I am super mad about it! They have been dating for such a little time compare to Meredith and Derek. Meredith and Derek have been through SO MUCH!!!. The attending-intern thing, Addison, Finn, the death of the dog, the prom sex, the divorce, the almost dying, the sex and mockery, Rose and now they are finally happy. THEY DESERVE TO GET MARRIED!!! Dammit! Shonda please make it a MerDer wedding! I just got asked by my Bio teacher why I am so fiesty right now!

    THERE WON'T BE A MERDER WEDDING NEXT WEEK! Have a look at the merder wedding website, it says:

    Meredith Grey & Derek Shepherd May 14, 2009 12 days to go! But, I at least hope, that this is for real, merder wedding in the season finale, it must be!!!
