What do you expect of the next episode, which is in 23 hours and 30 minutes. What are your expectaions for "I will follow you into the dark "?. What do you think will happen to Meredith and Derek and what about Owne and Cristina? What will happen to Izzie?. What will happen between Mark and Derek and how many scenes will George get?
What do you think ?

From what I saw in the sneak previews and promos:
1) Mer will be there for Derek 100%, which is kinda cool that she's now the stronger one
2) I hope that finally we know what's wrong with Izzie
3) Owen will show more symptons of the pos traumatic stress and maybe Cristina will be the one who convince him to seek help
4) I think Mark and Derek will stay entranged for this episode and maybe another one. Bot are proud and have a hard time to admit they're wrong... But I hope that when Mark sees how sad and lost Derek is, he'll be there for him and will be one of the persons who convince him to go back to the OR.
5) Well, we'll at least one scene with George :P I hope that when he knows about Izzie being sick he be there for her and so more scenes with TR.

I don't think anyone but Cristina will find out about Izzie having cancer.. maybe Alex will find out at the end of the episode? I read Izzie was trying to keep it a secret.. but according to the sneak peek Izzie already goes to Cristina.. (unless she gets interrupted) lol so typical

I think Alex will be the last person who will find out about the cancer, like always and I'm very interested to find out how the relatioship between Mark and Derek will continue, will they even speak to each other in the next episode?

I also have the idea that Izzie will try to hide her condition. And Mark and Derek will be interesting to follow this next episodes.

Yeah Derek and Mark prob won't speak for awhile.. esp since Derek's quitting.. its not like they'll be forced to talk! Aww it's sad to say he's quitting

Well, I don't think Mark will talk to him or if Mark tries I think Derek will just ingore him, how serious do you think will Cristina get injured ?

With Cristina, I don't think it will be a really bad injury.. I'm hoping maybe its a leave me alone shove?? Otherwise.. it will loom over their future relationship.. which is not cool =X

Well, both of them are defenitly going to get injured in Elevator Love letter, that is when Derek returns so the next one isn;t going to be that big. I'm also interested what Derek will do during his freetime in the next episode and the next ones. Will there be less MerDer?
