my personal favorite. Season 4 episode 1 (A Change is Going to Come)
Derek: Look Mark, I know.. Mark: I didn't come to Seattle for Addison. I didn't come to Seattle to be chief. I came to Seattle for you. (Derek gives him a look) Okay, I came to Seattle to get you back. (Mark and Derek share an awkward pause) I know I want to take it back, but I already said it. So... (laughs) Derek: Yeah, (smiles) Maybe, we should have a drink. Mark: We could. Derek: Yeah, not today. (Mark smiles)

So many funny scenes. <3 I loved that one. I had to look at the ground and laugh because it was just so awkward! Hahaha. Umm... let's see.... another one....
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Alex's face when he saw that bear in the woods! xD His scream was hilarious wow... :) Season 6 Episode 4, I think...

Here are some of my favorites:
Addie drunk and rambling to Bailey and Joe.
When George, Cristina, and Mer were all playing poker drunk and Hank shows up and George tells him that he and Izzie will have babies like Barbies.
In S4 ("Piece of My Heart"), Cristina trying to talk girl to Alex, Iz, and Mer.
Derek dancing it out (so adorable but dude can't dance!).
Mark & Derek trying to figure out what the Gentlemen's Evening was.
Alex & Cris trying to convince Mer to donate her liver and Alex gets the tick.
When Derek, Mark, & Burke make fun of the Chief's hair and Addie defends him.
George and his dad and brothers shooting a turkey.
Meredith snoring & Meredith high on morphine.
Cristina and her pre-wedding jitters.
Derek telling Mark to keep his little Sloan out of little Grey. Also, when he told Mark to sleep with Cristina and he refused.
Mark trying to woo Cristina.
Burke's so called Bachelor party and Addie asks if she's the entertainment and both Mark & Derek say they have seen it all before and Burke says he's hasn't.

There are so many funny moments in Grey´s that I´ve lost count, but i remember one scene when the interns had a hotfog competition and christina looks totally freakish haha and everyone just - dude, she´s gonna blow!!! xD
