    Bailey is AWESOME...she is another reason I watch the show. I love her character and think she is so funny. I love the part when George is like "You and Joe, the bartender" and she says "all you guys ever think about is getting into somebody's pants- u Nasty!" LOL

    I just watched the episode again when Bailey gives birth. I love this woman. She is hard nosed about her work but soft hearted about the people she cares about and that includes her interns. The actress who playes Bailey is incredible. Every episode we get to see more sides of this complex character. I hope her husband is in Season 3 a bit more. It is nice to see her feminine side with him.

    Yes, Bailey is a necessity to the show. Besides which, if you're watching Season 3 you will see that she is a LOT less of a hardass than she used to be, and she loves all of her interns very much. She's the mother hen.

    bailey can be hilarious sometimes......she is awesome and she plays a big part in why the show is a hit series
