Hands down, this is the best season finale in the history of season finales of any show! For 2 hours I was on a roller coaster of emotions! By myself no less! I screamed! Cried! Cursed! sighed! I will be talking about this until the fall! I cannot wait until season 7! My predictions are that christina and owen back together! Of course! Derek and Mer are prolly gonna have some issues because of the whole baby thing, and that is if she tells him which she prolly will! Sloan and little grey? Gettin back together! I mean karef said izzy on his death bed for God's sake! Ohh I can't wait!

I thought it was fantastic..kept me on the edge of my seat....hated the fact commercials were there...koodos to you all...keep up the great work!!

This was by far the most intense episode of the series. I stood in my living room through the whole two hours, unable to even sit for a moment. The actors should all receive emmy's for their performances. I cant wait till september to see the aftermath of it all.

the reason i don't watch these kind of shows is because of season finales that leave one hanging. so imagine my surprise when i watched last night's episode....AWESOME!!!!!! Furthermore, i'm glad callie and arizona finally got their collective heads out of their butts and got back together. it's about time a tv series spent time on making a positive same sex relationship happen. i'm so sick of the tragic and twisted romances between same sex couples. if the guys on modern family can do it so can callie and arizona.

agrreed the besttttt seasonnn finallee verrr i was alwayss waiting forr a seasonn finalee to beat the season 2 finalee casss that wass aaammmaaazziuinngggg butt im justt sayingg that this finallee toppedd itt itt wasss jjussttt ammazinnnnngg!!!!!!!! it wass justt really intensssee and kept u at the edge of yourrr seatt i literally couldnt sleeepp afterr thatttt i was actuallyy scareddd i wishh legit shakingg i pretty much criedd the lastt hourrr it was just a tearkjerkerr andd heartbreakingg and justt scaryyy but i watched it 5 timess since lastt nighttttt i lovee ittt<3333

That was....that was....wow. I literally squirmed in my chair. It didn't drag on forever before getting intense. Just a few minutes in and people were getting shot and the drama was unfolding. The finale was amazingly well done! You know, no matter who you are somebody will have something negative to say about you. I read a lot of negative comments on the show but I couldn't have done better (or even half as well) if I had written it myself. Way to go Shonda! (that is the creator's name, right?) I do want to say this about one comment I read then I'll shut up. Someone wrote earlier that Merideth's miscarriage didn't seem like a big deal because Derek didn't know about it. I had a miscarriage once and I don't care who knew about it and who didn't, it WAS a big deal. People don't use their brains when they talk. Anyway, OUTSTANDING finale! This will open it up with all the cast having raw emotions. Season 7 should start in the aftermath of the finale.
Seeing Derek sitting up in bed, Meredith giving him the news of there loss, hugging and kissing, laughing, joking everything to do with shock, because what they went through was shocking in the extreme.
Alex and Lexie talking about there future together and the fact he called out for Izzie and the fact that Lexie declared her love for Alex out of guilt. Alex begging Sloan not to kill him, Alex knows Mark still loves Lexie. Lets see a double wedding in Season 7 - Derek and Meredith, Mark and Lexie.
Love Teddy glad she's going to be at Seattle Grace Mercy West when Season 7 returns.
Cristina and Owen, loved Cristina in the finale, she has grown so much as a surgeon.
Bailey I cried with her when she held the dying Dr Charles Percy, I could feel her frustration at not being able to save his life.
Can't wait til September and Season 7's premiere. Let's shock everyone and have Gary Clark not killing himself only grazing/wounding himself he survives shooting himself and has to face the people he tried to kill, because they have to save his life.
Let's see Dr Richard Webber once again the Chief of Surgery, where he belongs.
