Blair Underwood As Burke?

   I don't know how many others like me are out there but Im really missing the Burke/Cristina dynamic on the show. Everything else seems so bland and well, blah. Since it's highly unlikely to expect Isaiah back on Grey's, do you think resurrecting Burke with Blair Underwood would work? I mean, he's one steaming hot mother... excuse my language. And I think he has the depth to carry that character. Opinions?

   While I agree that Blair Underwood is, as you put it, one steaming hot mother... I think that the reason why Burke/Cristina worked was because of the natural chemistry between the two actors. I miss Burke a whole lot as well, but I can't see the relationship being the same at all if Isaiah was replaced. I would rather have Blair come in as a new character who reminds Cristina of Burke or something... Either way, I think that Cristina just needs a plotline.

   I love Blair Underwood. He is like a bottle of fine wine.He is ageless, smooth and fine. But, there is only ONE Dr Preston Burke. NO ONE can STEP into those SHOES. The person who might be able to replace Burke has not been born yet.
