Did anyone else notice this??

   I know this was last season, but in Season 5 Episode 21 (No Good At Saying Sorry) Callie says she has a sister, Aria.  How can she have a sister if she is her father's "Only little girl"?  Callie's father told George in Season 3, that Callie was his only little girl, and he better not hurt her.  Just wondering if anyone else noticed this.

   It probably means that Callie is his youngest daughter and Aria is older and already married. With Callie being still single at the time, he still considers her his only little girl.
