Crstina may have, but I doubt Meredith does. I think it's a miracle that Ellis even named her daughter.

No, we still are in the dark about Mer's middle name. Although in fanfics, Elizabeth seems to be a popular middle name for her ;)

I don' know if Burke's conunts because hes no longer on the show but his was:
Preston Xavier Burke
and we know Callie's:
Calliope Iphigenia Torres
