Do you miss the Bar?

   Just wondered I really miss the cast hanging out at Emerald Bar, why did it stop? Was there a reason?

   I hope its back next season.

   I don't remember seeing it since Addison came back.... I miss Joe.

   The Chief went in there once with Mark while Mark was trying to be his wingman during Season 3, and he and Addison danced at the end there.  But, yes, I do miss the bar.  They were there at the beginning of the season when Derek gave Meredith the kidney in the jar too, and then during the crossovers, but yep, it has definitely been missing from Grey's.  I hope it is back soon.   I miss Joe and the bar scenes.

   I know! It's the Emerald City Bar! Meredith and Derek met there! SO much happened in that place and now they drop it! They had one scene in Sweet Surrender with George and Alex but that's it!!!

   @2anthony4 I forgot to put this in my last post on this thread,  but the Chief is a recovering Alcoholic, so that is why he never is at Emerald City Bar...

   @greysanatomyismylife - How could I forget about that scene?  Short but very important scene with Alex and George at the bar.  But really, there have only been a few brief scenes there.  Maybe Mer/Der will have a wedding reception party there in Season 6, that would be fun.

   One of my favorites at the bar is Cristina in the bar talking about her 99 cent purchases with Joe and getting drunk while Meredith is circling the drain after her drowning experience.  It is sad and funny and everything all at once.  Very powerful scene.

    BTW I Meant this season there have only been a few brief scenes there.  There have been many before...Let's start a list of our favorites. I am going to start a new thread for it...
