   Doesn't it seem a little weird that Izzie and her daughter both got cancer? But both got different kinds?

   I mean, how often does that happen?

   well cancer is genetic, so it's not really rare..

   yeah it would be genetic if they both had the same kind of cancer, but her daughter had leukemia and Izzie had skin cancer

   actually it doesnt have to be the same kind of cancer for it to be genetic
