Foreshadowing George??

   Hi! I'm new on here, so please be nice to my stupid thought 

    

   Is it a possibility, knowing that its Greys and all, that the writers are crazy enough to say that that wasn't George's body sometime in the future? The reason I ask is because there seemed to be alot of foreshadowing to something like that. EX: No one finding his wallet and they discuss it at length, the girl apparently sees his face everywhere, but no one bothers to show her a picture of George to say "Is that him?", the fact that its Greys Anatomy??? 

   I know that Callie saw his supposed birthmark and all, but the episode just left me wondering if they were leaving something open for TR just in case. 

   I know its crazy, but what are your thoughts?

   I don't think so, TR Knight wanted out of the show. I do agree tho that that detail is unpolished..
