I would've change how season 3 played out. I would created Ellis Grey differently without Alzhimer's. I would've develp Izzie, Denny, Derek, and Finn differently. For example, I would've made Derek single in season 3 and I would've put Meredith with Finn for the whole of season 3 and have her deal with her commiment issues while she was with Finn and in the end of season 3 instead of having Meredith break up Derek like she did in the season 3 finale, I would've have Mer break up with Finn and then get together with Derek. While Meredith dated Finn, I would've develop Derek individually as doctor and as man.
Izzie and George would've never happen, George would've stayed married to Callie. I would've make Callie and George work on their marriage even if the end up breaking up anyway. Denny would gotten a heart a live and then died after trying to have a relationship with Izzie outside the hospital.
What would you all do?

I would have made Ellis withous Alzheimer's, it would have been interesting and so awesome to watch Meredith and Ellis together and in surgery together!
The Derek and plant and Gizzie storyline would never happened.
No crossovers, they are pointless!
I would stop bringing new characters and focus more on the main cast.
Date nights between the couples.
I would gived Richard his job as a chief back and Derek would go back to his sexy blue scrubs and more time in the O.R.
The post it wedding would never happened because MerDer would be the ones gotten legally married not A/I!
A Mcbaby would definetly happen.. it would be interesting to see Meredith and Derek deal with being surgeons, husband and wife and parents!
More awesome Alex and Meredith, Meredith and Cristina friendship!

There's only one thing that I would change and that's NOT crushing my Maddison to pieces... TWICE! Once in the episode 6x21, Desire, (Grey's freak :P) and then in the crossover this year. She made me so hopeful (!) and then I got crushed and almost cried at the ending of PP episode. "I'm sorry... I'm sorry, Red." I kind of dislike her now. D: She crushed my Maddison heart a little bit. But I grew stronger. :)
So...! I would have played out the sixty day sex bet. The wedding between Burke and Cristina would have a no go. At the end of the bet they would sleep together, the first couple times REALLY HOT, the other times, where Mark's softer side comes, and they make love. :) Then she falls pregnant and doesn't abort the baby this time! YAY! Oh, so, if that happened, PP would have ceased to exist. Sorry.
So, yeah that's my dream. :P Though I know that will never happen! Maddison is going to be no more but I'm still holding onto it for dear life! Slexie... I can tolerate.

I would change a lot of things about the series
1. NO GIZZIE romantic relationships!
2. George having a present SL in S5 about his journey to trauma surgery-if he had to leave I would have sent him to the army
3.McBaby- I would love to see Mer/Der have a baby soon (may not happen though)
4.No S5 Denny SL (I would have Izzie having some hallucinations and faint once to find out she has cancer but not Denny too creepy)
5.Erica would not exist
6.If KH had to leave the series (and it breaks my heart to say this as an Izzie and A/I fan!!!!!!!!!) I would have killed Izzie off soley based on how I saw Izzie being portrayed in S6! It would have kept the A/I relationship alive and given Izzie a proper sendoff (and some good acting from JC)
7. Focus on all the friendships more (Mer/Chris,Alex/Mer,Izzie/George :D,Mer/Chris/Izzie,Callie/Mark,Bailey/Derek,Bailey/Callie,Der/Mark)

I love the series the way it is, but if I can be Shonda Rhimes and the things I would change or add to the series would be, have Derek build Meredith and his dream house on his land.
I would organise a surprise wedding for Derek and Meredith, have it played out like there is something suspicious happening on Derek's land and they both have to go and explore what is going on while they are exploring they spot a white ribbon tied to a tree with a message telling them to stay on the path when they reach the clearing there is a Justice of the Peace, who says I have one question, Meredith, Derek are you ready to make your post-it wedding into a real wedding, after a brief pause and Meredith having a split second panicked look on her face she turns to Derek and says I am so ready to make our post-it wedding into a real wedding, Derek answers likewise and the JP (Justice of the Peace) says let the ceremony begin, that's when you see Lexie, Cristina, Callie and Arizona come out of hiding, and behind Derek, Mark pipes up and says dude you need a best man, Derek says not you, you were my best man last time I got married and we both know how that ended so Derek turns to Owen standing on the other side of Mark and he asks Owen to be his best man. After the bride and groom get changed into there bridal clothes the rest of Derek's and Meredith's friends and family come out of hiding for the wedding. There will be lots of joyful tears and laughter.

Just thinking if I could be Shonda and have the powers she does, I would give Richard Webber a brother. I would introduce Meredith's Aunt that always said when, every time she filled Meredith's glass. I would bring Molly and her husband back into the show, it should be time for his tour of duty to be over.
Maybe introduce Derek's 4th sister.
More flashbacks. I would love to see Derek, Addison, Sam, Noami and Mark in med school. Or have flashbacks to when Meredith was in Europe with Sadie when she decided to go back to the States and med school and having to deal with her mother's alzheimers.
Have other flashbacks of Dr Sydney Heron, when she was an intern.
I would introduce the other female interns, Meredith said there was 6 out of 20, maybe add them to Meredith, Cristina and Alex. Turn the fab3 back into the fab5.
Introduce new interns for Lexie, Steve, Megan, Lucy and Graciella. And have them do the whole "I have 5 rules memorize them" and do it the same way Bailey and her interns did it.
Bring back Dr Nicole Baylow in flashbacks, I loved how she tortured Bailey.

i would let lexie be pregnant from mark and then they get back together and he asks her to marry him...then the baby is born ( a boy) and they live hapily ever after
Wedding Sexie: Meredith - made of honor; Christina, Arizona and Callie - bridesmade
Derek - Best Man
Baby: Meredith & Derek - Godparents for baby "Sexie"
Lexie & Mark - Godparent for baby "Merder"
And Meredith would be pregnant too , at the same time as Lexie but meredith would have a daughter.

I would never introduce Teddy because i love Owen and Cristina and i also like to see Lexie and Mark together. They are a cute couple xD

Derek would've been depress and with a beard in season 3. He would've said at some point in season 3 to either Mark, Addison, Richard or Bailey, That Finn has his dark and twited life and that he wants it back.
At the end of season 3 when Meredith says "is so over" she would've said it to Finn not Derek, and Derek would've smile. I would've gotten Mer and Der back together at the begining of season 4. Derek and Meredith would've gone out to dinner and we would've seem it. Derek would've given Meredith a body organ in a jar on each date as a gift. Derek would've worked harder to earn Meredith's trust back. I would've defenitely introduce Dr.Wyatt.
Ellis Grey would've never had Alzheimer's, in season 3 there would've been a storyline where Ellis needed a heart transplant. Susan would've died in a car crash which render her brain dead. Ellis would've gotten Susan's heart.
Mark and Addison would've been together in a relationship.
Callie and George would've broken up not because George slept with Izzie, but because they realize that they got Married too soon
Izzie and George would've never happen.
Izzie would've gotten together with Alex back in season 3.
Cristian would've dump Burke at the altar, Not Burke dumping Cristina.

I would have like to have seen Isaiah Washington come back to Grey's Anatomy, in a guest spot, at George O'Malley's funeral.
You see Burke at George O'Malley funeral, George was Burke's guy, they had a special bond, it was sad not to have seen him there. I would like to see a flashback and have Burke standing in the distance near a tree or car, after everyone else leaves Burke approaches George's grave, and before they fill it in, he tosses a rose on the coffin out of respect for George, and Burke says goodbye to George. I would have Cristina look back towards George's grave and frown thinking she saw Burke, then shakes her head, thinking to herself it can't be Burke, and she just dismisses it out of grief and her eyes playing tricks. Then maybe later in the day or week they read an article in the newspaper that ex-Seattle Grace doctor pays his respects to one of his former students who died tragically when saving a young woman who was almost hit by a bus, they explain how George O'Malley died a hero, Amanda decides to go to med school so she can continue to help people like George did.
