    It still bothers me how Isiah Washington was let go from the show and had alot of negativity surrounding that incident, but no research was done on Isiah.  If the shows creators, producers etc...had done their homework they would have remembered that Isiah Washington played a gay character in Spike Lee's 1996 movie "Get on the bus".  That doesn't sound like a man who doesn't like gay people to me.  I am so disappointed in the handling of Mr. Washington that I never watched the show again after his departure.  Know wonder all the main characters want to leave and their spin off show didn't do well.  God don't like ugly and you over there at Grey's Anatomy treated that man WRONG!!!!  I don't blame Katherine Heigl for wanting to leave.  She's better off without this show.  She's already proved that with her box office hit movies.  What gets me is this man that you all treated so bad still offered his help to the show when the controversy surrounding Katherine Heigl surfaced.  I hope the show sinks.  Who wants to support a backstabbing show like that.

    Hey. I agree that it was crappy that they gave Isiah Washington the boot, but even though there is no proof that he said anything like that, there is no proof that he didn't. We can't really say anything because we werent there.

    agreed. isiah brought so much to the show. his character brought class & intelligence, not to mention a great relationship story. if he came back there would be SO many new storylines...not these same ones that we get every week about mer/der. BRING BURKE BACK :(

    I agree that he was good on the show, but life goes on. I am thinking Kevin McKidd is going to fill the relationship gap as well as other left from Burke's departure.

    I still love the show and think it is still one of the best on TV. The premiere was awesome!

    Also looking forward to the Life on Mars premiere following Greys tonight. Looks like a great show!
