   i loved the story line about izzie having a kid, but it was sorta forgotten so let's bring it back. Make up a storyline about her kid coming back, post it, and in three weeks i'll declare a winner. it sounds a little stupid, but its something to pass the time until fall. have fun

   Izzie is in dire danger - she needs a transplant, and the closest matching donor she can find is her daughter. Hannah is completely healed, and is healthy enough to donate, but will she? And, with Izzie and Alex using a surrogate for a kid, how does that affect it?

   That was done in Time after time but the reverse of what you said. Here's one

   Hannah comes to seattle grace by herself because she realizes that she needs to meet her birth mother but her parents didn't agree so she runs away. She finds out from Bailey that Izzie has cancer and is struggling to decide whether to meet her or not and one of the resident's interns (probably christina's) sees the girl and recognizes that she looks so much like Izzie so he/she spreads the news that Izzie has a kid.....ok that's all I have
