omgg i don't think i saw this scene in the actual epi must be one of the uncut MerDer scenes Was it there on the dvd?? Does someone has this scene if so plz plz do share its link here m dying to see it the scene looks frekaing amazing in the promo itself OMG i can't beleive they wld cut somehting this BEAUTIFUL just look at the way Derek says that and what he said is so freaking beautiful and true omg m frekaing out big time i want to see this scene Someone tell me it was there ond vd and theres a way to see it

It should be a deleted scene but don't know if it made it to the DVD. Can't recall but if it isn't on the DVD. Trying to find it though.

It is not a deleted scene it aired.
That was when Beth their last clinical trial patient wanted to have sex with Jeremy the boy who died before they suceded with the trial. Here is the scene

That's the edited version, the one that aired. There's an additional bit on the promo that Smriti posted where Derek says "When you are with the woman that you love, everything about her is beautiful", which would be the scene being looked for during the scene you posted.

Thank you so much for trying to find it Am keeping my fingers tightly crossed that u do find it Also if u can find any other deleted scenes or extended scenes from Season 4 can u upload them? Do u remember the champaign scene btw them from epi 14 Season 4? The one where they lost yet another patient and Mer is heart broken and Der gets the bottle of champaign and cheers her up and is like We are going to open this bottle of champain we will save someone and this wld be our victory dance something something...I found out that there is an extended version of this scene too and I was shocked that they actually cut of such beautiful dialouges from the orijnally aired version...so I am wondering if there are other such extended or un aired scenes that I missed...if u can find them in your DVD then it wld be nothing like it...Thank you so so much again for helping out
