Now, I don't know If I am the only one who's thought up this senerio, but...That scene between Meredith and Derek...They didn't use pertection. No one has brought this up. And I know a lot of people have written this very senerio for fanfics. but what if it happens? I mean, I know it happened with Christina in season one/two but she never had the baby.
