     It the episode 2.07, I think. It's Mer, and she has Hello Kitty band-aid over her forehead, and George keep saying Carpe Diem, because guy (with pidgeon) almost fell on him.

     Oh yeah! I really need to rewatch some of the fourth season - I haven't seen most of it since it aired.

     Bailey of course! No one else talks like that :) She was talking to the interns/residents during their competition while they were living and the hospital.
