I love that episode too! But I can't really picture a holiday episode without Izzie.

Yeah that's going to be rough. But I will say at least Grey's is going into their winter break on a strong note. I mean last week... I still can't believe what happened. We all knew the state of the hospital was taking its toll on Richard. With being number 12 at the beginning of last season & not moving up in the rankings... that has to be hard. But to get to the point of a relapse of his alcoholism... brilliant storytelling. I was so incredibly shocked to see that end montage of Richard's flashbacks. I have to think that based on those glimpses alone he probably had his first experience off the wagon around the time George died... but it could have been even before that. When Joe asked for his keys... I started to cry. I finally understood what's been going on & though it doesn't excuse it, it makes me not hate the Chief.
I can't say enough about Shonda & Co and about this storyline. Its something that has been going on for a while & its just now coming to the front-line... brilliant. I am tempted to go back & rewatch last season to see how many times I see Richard with that drink. It just gives me goosebumps to think about.
Okay done for now... time for homework.

OK, Nove 29th is the Extreme Makeover Home Edition with Patrick Dempsey in it. Look for me eating my lunch in the background, LOL, they filmed that part during the lunch after the private ride. My table was kind of right behind where they were filming.
I am so in love with Season 6. SOOOOO Good! It's a true roller coaster. Twists and turns ups and downs, edge of your seat exciting! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

I actually love season six too! I thought I wasn't going to like it as much as season five, but it's just as amazing, maybe it'll be even better. And Jessica I agree, I was thinking of rewatching to find when he started. I can't believe I didn't figure it out sooner, I knew there was something going on with him, but instead I just decided not to like him. I think it's an amazing story line, and I can't wait to see the rest of it unfold. Hopefully they don't leave us with a killer cliffhanger before the long break!

Michaela, even if they do leave us with a cliffhanger, I think I can be okay with that for two reasons: 1.)I trust Shonda & Co. know exactly what they are doing so if we get a cliff hanger there is a reason and 2.)Its going to have me excitedly waiting for January 14th when Grey's returns.
Plus we still get to see Patrick on EM: Home Edition so yay for us!

Ok, I haven't been around for a while, so I have a lot to catch up.
First of all, I was so sad when I found that this week's epi is the last in this year. January 14th seems so far away!
Chief is drinking again- I can't believe how we didn't realize it before! Now it's so obvious. Great great storyline. Shonda is really amazing. I hated the Chief's behaviour in this season, but this explained everything. Now I feel kinda sorry for him.
And one of my fav moments of the last week's epi was '5 seconds' scene. One of the best MerDer scenes ever! I can't stop rewatching it again and again.
Season 6- I think it'll be my favorite season ever. So far it was sooo good. Much better than S5.
And Jessica- I agree. We must trust Shonda&Co. I was upset when they left us with cliffhanger in the end of the S5, but it ended well.

I don't really like season six and that sucks. Because I wanna like it, but then I just get bored watching Grey's.

I don't really like season six either. And it's because there's barely any Izzie. I really hate what they are doing to her. I'm trying to hold onto hope, but I'm really afraid that Katherine Heigl is going to leave for good. I honestly don't know what I'd do with myself if that happened. Yeah, I know, it's just a show, and Izzie is just a character. But to me, it's so much more than that.

abcdefg (gah, i'm so sorry, I forgot!! Is it nichole??): IT'S NOT JUST A SHOW!!! :) You should've seen me when I found out that John Doe was George. My mother was seriously concerned for my sanity!!!
I just saw PP & Grey's Saturday, I had something going on Thursday night. My brother was laughing at my expressions the whole time during PP--I knew that she would start bleeding out as soon as they opened the door, I just had a feeling :( I freaked out when sam & Addie kissed, but then they made up for it by obviously not having feelings for each other.
I was so upset to see that the chief was drinking again. I have an alcoholic in my family, and I kind of looked up to the chief as someone who successfully overcame his disease, and seeing him fall off the bandwagon really did me in. But I'm interested to see if/how he overcomes this.
The promos for next week look exciting too. I can't wait!! Though I'm sad this is the last one of the year. And no Izzie?? She's the one who puked christmas all over the house in Grandma got run over by a reindeer!!
