YAY!!! I'm so excitied more people are jumping on board! I promise you its sooooo worth it!
I know its hard. The first few days are the hardest. It gets better. I can't wait to read your reactions for the first episode you see that you know next to nothing.
Now I personally allow some indulgences. I listen to the ABC grey's podcasts the day after the new episode. I take the quiz on ABC. com for the upcoming episode and I read the Grey Matter blog on the ABC website. Basically that's the only Grey's stuff I look at.
But that's it.
Just keep each other motivated to stay away & like I said if you feel an urge just come post in here & we'll talk you back.

Im gunna try too! I've already seen some for this week so I might start after the next episode, and see if I can do it too, you've all inspired me :)

lovesgreys, stop looking as of this moment. Since you've already seen some for this week it'll make it easier to stop looking.
The biggest help is going to be to unbookmark your favorite spoiler haunts.

I have a question. Does Izzie's wedding blog count as spoilers? I don't think there is anything there that would...
I'm so excited to the episode next week!!!!! What are you guys hoping for? (It's not against the rules to theorize, is it? If so, do not reply)

If there is a mention of a wedding date then yes it counts as a spoiler. However, if you were already aware of the date then Izzie's blog probably won't be telling you anything we haven't seen on air. So I'm going to say use your own judgement on this one.
And no rules against posting theory's its perfectly fine.
I'm just excitied to hear the backstory of the patients next week... looks like an intense story with that little girl and her father. I think the promo that aired after the episode said something about the little girl shooting him.
Oh and promo's after the episode are allowed because they are 30 seconds of usually misleading information to get you excitied for next week.

Okay, sounds good! That story does look really interesting! I think bringing back Meredith's whole sympathy for serial killers thing will be very interesting, because this time it is a very sympathetic character. However, it seems as though not everyone agrees.
I can't wait to see Derek's response this time. I hope he is at least a little involved in the story line.
I'm also hoping (as always) that we get some good Lexzie scenes. I know Alex is trying, but I really hope that he's able to get over his "not good under pressure" issue, and be with his dying girlfriend.
Also, I really hope she doesn't die.

I think the most interesting aspect of this upcoming episode is dealing with a very young child committing a crime. That's not something we have seen Grey's tackle before so I'm very interested to see how it plays out.
I'm hoping its a storyline that we'll see a lot of interaction from the entire cast. First its a child so I have to assume Arizona & Bailey will be involved in someway. Its a trauma so George & Hunt. And we know Meredith & the Chief will be involved in a big way.
I hope Izzie makes it too.

Ok so now this is pretty much the only website/forum I'm going on considering most of the other websites I like to go on have grey's spoilers. But I have a question for everyone. Does anyone here have any grey's memorabilia like props from the set, signed photos, or scrips? I looked on ebay and I bid on a signed script of "Hard Days Night" but I gave up because the price was rising and it was getting out of my price range. But I still look for grey's stuff on ebay that I can afford.
I'm so excited for next week. That sounds like a really interesting story. What I'm thinking is that the relationship between the little girl and her father has something to do with mer and her relationship with thatcher.
Oh yeah. how much do the people that have been spoiler free for a while know about next weeks episode cuz I just started going spoiler free so I know some stuff, but I don't want to spoil it for others.
