I think he should be fired. He is good on the show, but thats not whats important. n every interview I've seen him on he always brings up racism and then he goes and does something like this. I think he just speaks to hear himself talk. I think some of the cast members are getting tired of it too. Esp. I think all of us have too much time on our hands to be discussing the fate of someone's future. I hardly think the show will be compromised because a few people stop watching it.We live in a hyper-sensitive society where everything is blown out of proportion.. (Rosie vs Donald)To the comment about the "N" word:Being called the "N" word has a deeper, darker history that no one else can understand accept the reciprocaters of that word and it has a different pain than being called the "F" word.I am sure being called the "F" word has it's own pain that only the gay community can understand. I just think there's a difference. Having said that,I do believe IW needs to resolve whatever issues he has with regards to the gay community. I DO NOT think IW should be fired.I think this is not a public matter it is a TR and IW matter. To the comment about Shandra Laughing: if you watch the video from the GG awards, you will see that she is laughing a nervous laugh to hide her embarassment for what had just happened. Look at it again and you will see she is not laughing at this situation as if it were so matter-of-factly.I don't think this situation is going to blow up on its own. I think the media is blowing it up for ratings and because it is the next big thing to talk about besides Brittany's missing panties and her latchkey partenthood skills or Cameron and JT's Blow out at the GG after party. I think many of the networks that are not doing as well as ABC is using this to their advatage. This is for ratings purposes only. People.. don't let the media determine how you should think or what you should think.If people can forgive MEL, than they can forgive IW. We have a forgiving society. I also think we spend too much time perpetuating hate against one another because of differences and we still haven't learned how to accept and embrace one's differences. Instead, we are too busy focusing on whether or not we share similarities..... Someone should make a post to SAVE IW. I think it is so silly for one to think he/she has the power to fire someone and is NOT directly involved...There may be 11,000 signature, but there are over 15 million fans..
