Whats your opinion on the possible removal of IW?

OK!!! Enough ... what are we going to do next. Try to fire somebody for calling somebody thats short "Shorty" or somebody thats scared "Scaredy Cat" oh please... You see what the White Race did when it started to use words as weapons... I thought sticks and stones break bone but words will never hurt me. the dudes gay so he's a FAGGOT. truth is truth. As for the Nigger word... Well if it meant Black person then it would be truth ... But since it means something totally off the beating path then its really used to degrade a person .. but even still it only hurts the real niggers of the world including the ones that hem ha over and over it that its a bad word ..blah blah blah if the man feels like he feels then let him feel it but to try to ruin his career over a word is crazy come on now grow up get thicker skin ya faggotsPosted 1/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

you know the funny thing is as soon as ya heard what he said the first thing that came to your minds was "Nigger" that Nigger said faggots and if niggers can get mad over nigger then faggots can get mad over faggots. if IW was white would the first thing in peoples mind be Redneck hmmmm...lemme see that redneck said faggot ...so all ya people thats defending Faggots are just as guilty for even bringing up a Nigger situation as a Synonym to a Faggot situation.. its like comparing Apples to OrangesPosted 1/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

In the black community the word faggot is not always associated with homosexuality It is also a word used to discribe a irratating, nagging, person. who is not upfront about how they feel about you. so the gay and lesbian community should try find the difference. I. W. SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED.Posted 1/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I think that IW should be fired immediately. The comment was despicable. The fact that he refuses to take responsibility for his comment adds insult to injury. If he stays, I will no longer enjoy watching. He has cast an ugly shadow on what was terrific show.Posted 1/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Isaiah did take the responsibilty of his actions he apologized its on the home page of this website, so I don't know how you don't see where he apologized and he said he was sorry to the fans, TR, and the whole cast. so he has taken responsibility. He is apart of the greys anatomy show, it would not be the same without him! he knows what he did was wrong and is getting help for it he said. So no he should not be fired!Posted 1/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I am a supporter of all men and I believe in forgiveness for everyone. I understand that Mr Washington made a mistake but what I cant understand is why no one is willing to forgive him???? Further, from the first Real World Season to many other reality shows I 've noticed a very scary dynamic when an african american male is on a show. What I see over and over and over again is that the non-blacks join forces and begin discussing the black man in a very disparaging way. The African man notices the energy, keeps his distance and tries to keep his cool. Then the non-blacks say he is acting strange and they all agree with maybe the exception of none that they feel "uncomfortable" around him. Someone always provokes a fight with him by saying something very insensitive and he explodes. To outsiders it looks disportionate, but it a built up response. He releases all the pent up anger. The non-blacks then say " SEE See look at him he's scary, dangerous hinting at animialistic. He must leave the house, be kicked off the show, go away , Shut up not speak in Public. Everyone casting stones, but never ever considering that they themsleves may have had someothing to do with. I watched a cast member at the Golden GLobes not only say that Mr Washington should not speak in public, but she then said she would fight for her friend. Basically stating a threat. Her comment was shown over and over but never did anyone ever question her comment. Another point I watched the FLavor of Love and there were three gay men commentating for a hair product , they made all type of offensive remarks about the young women, no-one ever said a word. I hear Gay men make all type of lewd and rude remarks about people( especially women) and because it is a part of the culture and "its all in jest and he said with a smile" No-one says anything. Justin Timberlake makes a joke about Princes size at the same GOlden GLobe Awards no-one says a word. But a man uses a word to try to defend himself, inappropriate yes but it was not use offensively but defensively and he is on a cross. I started out saying that everyone needs to be forgive for their mistakes, a comment in one's defense should be reviewed from that place. I just wish that everyone of all races, genders, gay, straight, religious and atheist would learn to look at their own behaviour honestly and then and only then respond.Posted 1/22/2007 1:00:00 AM #

IW plays the best character on this show. TR is the that should go he is sooo anoying and such a cry-baby. Anyway last few shows are so below its standard. Oh, and when will actress that plays Dr. Bailey get an award? She is much better than that ugly betty star.Posted 1/23/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Isaiah should keep his job because he does it well. He's a professional. He knows his lines and he reports on time. He should and is being censured for his personal behaviour. However, like any one of us who, in the past have had or in the future might need to apologize, he, too deserves to be heard, and forgiven.Posted 1/23/2007 1:00:00 AM #
