Whats your opinion on the possible removal of IW?

In my the field of media and advetising, I have several, numerous even, friends who are gay, both male and female. They are most hilarious because they come up with the most colorful, original, really mean name-calling. They can take it as well as dish it (my friends can). This thing goes deeper than what it is, I am not an American maybe that's why I have not seen a "hate bandwagon" as terrorizing as this.

Fabulous show. With a great cast. Washington grows on you. He is a good actor. He makes the show exciting. Everybody says stuff everyday that they regret at some point. What if everything you said in the course of the day was analyzed and just parts of it taken and used for people to hear. I think T.R. Knight and Washington should've handled this between themselves instead of the public. He apologized. Let it go. It's up to Knight to accept the apology not us. Think of all the people we watch on tv and the movies. None of them are saints. We build them up and then when we find someting out about them we don't like we feel disappointed. It's not their fault they are humans and not Gods.

IW should be fired. Look at the Michael Richards controversy. There were several racial leaders intervening in that issue. Also, the press were like vultures to him - why are they all basically quiet now? IW doesn't get a "get out of jail free card". He apologized once and then did it again. Sorry, this isn't baseball where three strikes you are out. Any type of racial comment should not be tolerated. GA has such a great multi-racial cast and those types of comments should not be tolerated! Why isn't he fired already????????

why should he be fired??? he has apologized to EVERYONE! and hes working with the gay community now I think its called GLAAD and it seems like they have forgiven him, WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO DO!!! I know what he did was wrong but he does not deserve to be fired for it! he made a huge mistake and we all make mistakes hes human! It wouldn't be greys without Isaiah him and Cristina are one of the main relationships on the show, actually I just read an articla that the four main characters are Mer, Der, Burke and Cristina, so really why would they get rid of Burke hes a main character many people would get mad and their ratings would probably go down, So he should not be fired! at least he has apologized for what he said to everyone the cast, the fans, and TR! he could have just ignored it and did nothing about it, but no hes trying to work it out with everyone!

I just don't get why no one is willing to forgive him like Love said?? i just don't understand what would greys be like without Burke, i think it would be horrible! hes an amazing actor! and I really hope that people can just forgive Isaiah for wht he said cause he doesn'y deserve to loose his job!

Ok, so Isaiah made a mistake. And the fact that he is a public figure made that mistake even more horrible. What I can not really fathom (no matter at which angle I'd view the whole situation, seriously) is how some people act as though Isaiah committed multiple murder or something as grave as that. He came out with an apology, people. He is even undergoing professional help. What more do they want? (And I think most of us have said a sexist, or racist, or any kind of negative comment against another person at one point in our lives - much, much worse than what Isaiah had said, even)

Why are people getting personal??? Tell me exactly what is your problem? What offence was he guilty of? They made such a fuss about it, i dare say the reason for it is very simple,it is because a Black man calls a White man "F".I'm not surprised. I started to watch this show for IW, i don't care about the others casts.I'll leave GA with him.I think i'm not alone. Anyway,i'll always love him.
