   the smile when he has those eyes.. you know the look he has when he looks at meredith the time they were just dating(yea he gives it now but they are married) the look he gives when they all know he is married to addison and trying to keep his relationship with meredith a secret but he doesnt cause he give her this look and his eyes and smile proves he loves her.

   Physically? The eyes and smile. Kills me everytime he flashes those lovely blue eyes and that contagious smile of his.

   But he is McDreamy because he is also a good guy. Flawed to the end but he means well. Says the right things in such a tone of voice...

   All the above? :) McDreamy has this look right before he wants to kiss somebody and I know EXACTLY when he wants to kiss somebody. In the supply closet (season 2), he's comforting Meredith and he just can't seem to take his eyes of her lips. And the Plant (ugh) he did that to. :P Plus his smile. And his eyes. (swoons)
