i would have to say when i start to say seriously in everyother sentece..
when i ignored messages when the show is on..
when i started to talk everyone into watching the show..
when i couldnt turn off the tv when there's a rerun marathon no matter what season it's on..

OMG i agree with EVERYTHING everyone has said. i totally agree bout the convention. at least im not the only person in the world that is overly obsessed. i quote episodes constantly, i have almost every song on my ipod, and i have NEVER missed an episode!!!

...When you would rather quit your job and go on unemployment than stay at work as per your boss' request and thus miss the next new episode of Grey's (ESPECIALLY during sweeps)
...When you can relate every situation in your life to something that happened on Grey's, so it's not abnormal for you to contribute to a conversation by saying, "Yeah, that's exactly like the time that Meredith..."
...When your friends limit you to 1 hour per day of Grey's Anatomy talk
...When you read your cell biology book and rather than taking notes on the slide show in front of you, you simply go home and watch 3 seasons of Grey's waiting for the same issue to pop up and then use Grey's Anatomy on your bio test in an answer to an essay. (And you don't care if you fail because your professor OBVIOUSLY doesn't understand that Grey's is superior to the morons who wrote the cell bio book.)
...When you go to your doctor and after he makes his suggestion about treating your cold your answer is, "On Grey's Anatomy they treated this ailment differently.....can I see your most recent certification please?"

You know your a grey's fan when..
you have a friend that iss down about a guy, and you Just say to them. it's not us, its them. Them and their stupid boy penis's.
You say you're my person..and if they do not know what you are talking about..then you feel maybe they actually are not your person!!
if someone says something about god you say
God got a virgin Pregnant by magic! god is not playing by the rules.
You hear about Syphilis and immediately think of George.
Sleep with Mcdreamy's wife..then talk to his current girlfriend and you will get punched in the face.
You will stop whatever you are doing to watch the commercial for grey's anatomy...even if you have seen it multiple times.
You call your other people that are obsessed during every commercial to discuss events that just happened.
You get offended by people who do not watch the show..and you want to invite them over to watch your season sets that you have until they are completely caught up.
Speaking of season sets, you bought them the day they came out and watched them non stop.
You schedule your work days to make sure you are not working during grey's.
haha there are so many more but thats what I got for now.

when you talk about your friends about the show
when you encourage everybody to watch the show
when your professor started discussing medical cases that you have seen on grey's anatomy and actively participated because you know what to answer
when you bought all the dvd copies of the past season
when u started putting "mc" on you username on other sites
when u stop for a while and smile because you remembered a good scene in the show!
when you stream you tube just to watch the hot scenes on grey's hahaha
when you save a dozen of photos on you computer of the grey's anatomy cast
when you know all the things that is happening to the stars of grey's anatomy!
and when you started saying SERIOUSLY?!
hahaha seriously?!
