Well I do many things that other people have already said (like be able to name all the episodes in order, quote most scenes, got many of my friends obsessed...)
One thing I don't think any of you mentioned is that I have a scrapbook filled with clipping from magazines and newspapers about anything from grey's. Some of them are just clippings from TV guides of when grey's is on or small references to grey's, but it includes full articles as well. Also, in the scrapbook I collect the episode names. It helps that most of them are song titles because a lot of times they mention music titles in magazine.
Currently, I am planning a grey's 24 hour marathon with my friends I got obsessed with grey's. We will watch episode after episode of grey's for 24 hours. I'm so excited!!!!!
You also are obsessed with grey's when you ask all your teachers if they watch it and if they don't bug them to watch it the rest of the year.
You're obsessed when you scream at people who say grey's sucks (how can anyone ever think that, I know) and that another show is better.

I have more you know your obessed when stuff:
when you make families on sims with the characters or actors from grey's and have meredith and derek fall in love, get married, and have kids many times. So far I have like 5 families that have to do with grey's. One of them is the Dempsey family. It started out with Patrick Galen, Jillian Fink, Talulah Fyfe, Darby Galen, Sullivan Patrick. Then they adopted a kid (you don't get to chose the adopted kid's name) and the kid was named Yvette. Then they had a girl Amanda Mary (After Patrick's mom and sister) and a boy William (after Patrick's dad) Does anyone happen to know Patrick's older brother's name?
You know all about the actor's lives: ( I know A LOT about Patrick)
What was Ellen Pompeo's first word according to her sister? (Pepperoni)
Where did Patrick go to high school? (Buckfield High School)
What did Patrick's mom do for a living? (she was a secretary at a high school)
What was Patrick's stepson's name from his first marriage to Rocky Parker? (Corey, who is a year older than Patrick)
I have many more trivia questions!!!!

They have meets, conventions and fan weekends for other shows why don't they have one for Grey's? Even if it is an unofficial one I think it's an excellent idea.
I have attempted to convert family members and friends into Grey's fans.
I have the Tshirt from the ABC Store with Ham or Eggs/Pig or Chicken on it. I also have the red SERIOUSLY bistro mug, the journal and the calendar.
I have recently attempted to become more cultured and branch out my Grey's obsession and watch movies that the cast have been in. I'm 26 and I only recently saw Silence of the Lambs for the first time because I found out that Brooke Smith was in it. Just in the last few days I've watched: Moonlight Mile, Catch Me If You Can, Mobsters, Under The Tuscan Sun, Accidental Friendship, Philadelphia, Freedom Writers, Kicking and Screaming, Three Below Zero, The Family Man, Kicking and Screaming, Bewitched, Melinda and Melinda, Series 7: The Contenders, Kansas City, The Broken Giant, Bad Company and In Her Shoes.
I own the CD to Spamalot.
I was able to help my mother understand the medical condition of one of her clients by having her watch From a Whisper to a Scream. (The client had spinal stenosis)
I was thoroughly disturbed when I found out that Tyne Daly was going to play Derek's mother. This also spilled over into me enjoying Private Practice as well. LOL

-When you fall asleep at night thinking about what should happen in Grey's
-When you refer to your best friend as "Your Person"
-When you know the character's life story- (Meredith had pink hair, Christina lost her dad in a car accident, Alex beat up his dad, Izzie had a daughter she gave up for adoption, etc.)
-You read fanfics and say this hsould totally be on the show
-If you hear someone talking about Grey's you want to jump and join their conversation even though you don't know them
-When you and your friends decide which one of the characters you are (looks, personality, etc.) (I was the dog Doc)
-You want to be Meredith's and Derek's kid

You get offended by people who do not watch the show..and you want to invite them over to watch your season sets that you have until they are completely caught up.

... when you find yourself with hardly any free time (I have 3 kids) and you spend a third of it checking this website, posting comments, having extreme reactions to some fans posting such negative comments about central characters to the show (hello? are those people really fans at all?) and your husband thinks you're crazy b/c the only forums you post on are about a TV Drama!!!
KatieHaller-- I know what you mean about people you don't know talking about Greys and you want to join in on the conversation-- LOL!!! That happens to me! The sad thing is, I can't resist and I jump right in there like I've known them forever!!!
