"Can't fight biology" piano piece (S7E04)

Hi! I need your help, seriuosly!
There is an amazing piano song (there's a acoustic guitar also, I think) that appeared on the episode, and I'm dying to FIND THEM!
1) starts at 22:20 seconds, when Meredith goes to the Chief's office and asks "When do you think it started?" (talking about the mother's disease)
It is a beautiful melody and I really need it! Maybe it's an instrumental score song, BUT STILL I want it, I need at least to know who is the COMPOSER, it looks like Danny Lux...
PLEASE HELP ME! I would be so grateful... it means a lot
