help! who sings this song

    After watching one of the last episodes of season 4 i fell in love with this sad, slow song. It's played when Meredith is down. Sounds like Amos Lee, but it's a caucasian singer songwriter with a beard. I saw the video once on youtube but forgot the name. Very slow song... cannot find it anywhere on the musiclists that are provided on the net.. does anyone know?
