Song Name Please, I can't find it i need your help

   Ok I need the name of the song, It occurs many times in season 3 when Derek and Meredith have conversations before the get back together. Specifically it is in Seaon 3 episode 1 when Derek comes to Merediths house and tells her he loves her in the Kitchen. And it is in season 4 in one of the last episodes where derek buys meredith a bottle of champagne when their clinicals are failing and tells her it is for her and they will open it when they suceed (when derek is dating Rose). It is a light piano music, In all the scenes that is played in there are no words just light piano. Please help

   I wish I had the piano music for that song too! I think it's composed by Danny Lux but I can't get hold of it because it was specially for Grey's and doesn't have a known title. :(

   But the song in season 3 episode 1 when Derek tells Meredith he loves her is a different one and is called "All I Need" by Matt Kearney.
