Addison and Mark for sure...way more chemistry! It seemed she was happier with him than when she was with Derek.

i think i'm with you guys... 'cause we never actually saw Derek and Addison together on the happy days.. although i kinda wished we could see.. i mean 11 years and they only show the worst part?! seriously? that's just mean.. anyway.. I never saw Derek look at Addie like Mark did..

i don't know why i'm so obsessed with them, you're right in that we hardly saw any happy moments between the two but............
i'm a die-hard addie and derek fan
with mark...i always liked him with callie better
they were cute(and still are)

if wer're gonna putt callie in the mix them i'm with you callie and mark have way more chemestry together... all i'm saying is.. Derek and Addison lived 11 years together.. nowadays for a young couple that's not for everyone.. plus addie is a great character and so is Derek if meredith didn't came along i'm positive that derek and addie would have sorted their problems and added another 2 or 3 years to the marriege..

Addison and Mark totally! Derek never really loved Addison. He only really loves Meredith. He said his marridge was long over before Mark slept with her.

hmm, id have to say they are even. Derek and Adison alwayz fought like a married couple unlike any other couple on the show, they fight but work it out quickley, everyone else just fights and fights for ages then maybies gets back together. Addy and Mark were also awsome, i just don think that addy ever liked Mark the way Mark liked her, and that pissed me off =(

I think Derek and Addison loved eachother very much once - that's why she fought for the marriage when she came to Seattle and that's why he gave it another go - the history plus the obligation to try.
I also think the marriage came to a natural end, they fell out of love after many years together, their young years. When she betrayed him and he left, his true love came along. Derek is madly in love with Meredith, and once they'd been together his heart never opened completely back up to Addie. That's what we saw. Meredith and Derek have a different kind of relationship but they're now all in with eachother.
Addison and Mark - well I think his feelings were stronger for her, than she for him. She turned to him when she felt neglected in the marriage - Derek was distant - and they had fantastic chemistry!! I dont think it was ever going to be life long but the fact that Mark actually lived with her for 2 months before she caught him cheating says a lot. Particularly the Mark we know today. He really cared for her, and she him but for her it was a symptom - and a lot of great sex!
So - I'm Meredith and Derek all the way, and Mark and Addie for chemistry and care but nothing more than that. I do like seeing him with Lexie and agree he has good chemistry with Callie - but that's also a great friendship now. And, Addie - well, why knows what's coming her way this season!!
