    Gloria, I think whats going to talk to Shonda louder than anything is the ratings for the new season. If new interns are a big focus, taking too much time away from the original cast, I can guarantee you the ratings will drop so fast that something will have to change.

    Liliana, we don't really know what they're going to do with Lexie. They used her as a tease with Derek in the bar, but its possible she may have nothing more to do with Derek. Especially when she meets Mer and finds out they are a couple. And she is cute, it would be great to see her with one of the single guys!

    Rose, since they know people hate Lexi,they might not put her with Derek.That is why I think she might be a love interest for one of the other guys.It is possible that Shonda is trying to have Meredith reconnect with her family?I hated that they killed Suzanne.She was so sweet and I liked her relationship with Meredith.
