    George and Izzie -- hands down. (and if I must clarify... b/c some have lol -- their friendship was the best to me before the sex, during the sex and romance part and after the sex and romance part -- although I wish  we got to see more of them... )

    obviously besides mer/cristina amazing friendship, i also love george/izzie's friendship before they both got too involved with each other in s4. and not forgetting burke and george's weird but strong connection, lol. and also perhaps mark/callie...

    Meredith and Cristina for sure THE PERSONS!!! They have been together through everything since the very first episode of Grey's. Always held each other's back and always have been there for each other!! LOVE LOVE LOVE their friendship.. it is one in a million!!
