    Meredith/Christina: hands down greatest friendship of the show; greys wouldnt be the same without their relationship.  

    Bailey/Derek: fantastic the way they have been brought together and shown as friends - favorite moment when Bailey stops the elevator for Derek because he is crying ... love it, love them.

    I loved Meredith and Alex outcast friendship at the beginning, when no one liked Alex and only Mer gave him a chance (when she was kind of an outcast too back then) :)
