Mark/Addison: Come Home scene (ELEVATORS FTW! :D), the scene at Joe's, where Mark keeps asking her to come back to New York with her, their little tidbits of flirtatious scenes (Want my pickle? You're so hot when your bossy. Boss again.), the epi with the toxic patient (two) when he caught her and said, "I got you baby," and the hot scene of "I am actively not thinking about you... right... now!", when Mark said he felt THAT way about her, when he agreed to the bet, (not technically Mark/Addison but it was still great) Mark yelling at Alex that it was his fault that she ran to Cali.
Most heartbreaking was seeing Mark's face after he saw Alex and Addison step out of the on-call room. D:
Mer/Der: TOO MANY TOO LIST BUT I'LL LIST MY FAVES <3! Prom, talking about last kiss, house of candles, Post-it!, McBaby talk! :) Elevators, elevators, elevators. <3
Alex/Izzie: Slap! then a kiss, the prom scene, her in bed with dead Denny (all together now... AWW!!), Alex's vows. (Am I missing anything?)

Scene? Just one? Impossible! LOL.
Everytime Derek says "I love you" to Meredith. PD says those three little words like no one else can.
All time favorites:
* The Candle House. I still get butterflies from watching it.
* Elevator proposal.
* Prom sex. (Nothing tops that on GA history. Nothing.)
* Derek telling Meredith that he has been in love with her forever.
* Everytime Derek & Mer are on an elevator.
From other couples...
* Arizona telling Callie she loves her.
* Mark begging Addison for a second chance and all their flirting.

Well i just choose 1 because i didn't want to make a long list but if you all don't mind, here it comes:
Best Love Scenes:
- When Owen kisses Cristina for the first time
- When Owen says he didn't need Cristina and then kisses her
- When Owen is at the door of Cristina's house and says that she is beautiful
- When Owen takes Cristina to the vent and kisses her
- When, in their first date, Owen is in the shower and talks about his "best surgery and the worst" and Cristina comforts him
- When Owen asks for a second chance
- When Cristina enters in the room where Owen is sleeping and when he is leaving he says he likes the back of her neck
- When Owen and Cristina are walking side by side, while touching hands
- When Owen says to Cristina that the only time he didn't feel like a ghost was when she look at him
- When, at Joe's bar, Owen says to Cristina that he want to be around 40 years from now
- When, after the choking, Cristina hugs Owen

DON'T FORGET WHEN CRISTINA TOLD OWEN HE LOVES HER! :) Cristina Yang! Her speech, about him making her love him. :) SOOO SOO AWESOME! The one thing I love about Owen is Cristina can be herself around him. They just... fit. Beautiful beautiful love. :)
