"I get to choose now. And I choose you, Izzie Stevens." or something of the sort, when Denny proposes to Izzie. Beautiful!
And of course that one scene, in season 4 I think, when Derek tells Meredith "I want to grow old with you." I think I've seen that a million times.
Aaand, Alex kissing Izzie at Joe's. There are so many!

The scene in Meredith's kitchen, from 3.1 (Time Has Come Today), when Derek comes back from being quarantined at the hospital and says, "I'm in love with you," and that she should choose, because when he had a choice, he chose wrong. I love the music, too--Meredith and Derek's piano theme, and Mat Kearney's All I Need.
Cristina and Owen's scene in the shower, and their love scene from 5.19 (Elevator Love Letter) were also very poignant and beautiful.

Oh, seriously? I love that kitchen scene too where Derek tells Mer he is in love with her and he chose wrong. It is beautiful.
I also love the scene at the end of Brave New World, where Derek suggests he could move back to the trailer and Meredith tells him no, she really does want him there. Very big step for her. And of course the Elevator Proposal. The two of them have such great chemistry that it is hard to pick just one scene, but if I had to I would say the Exam room at the Prom. They try to fight it, but just can't be apart!

I love all Merder scenes, my favorites are elevator proposal, candle house, bathtub, exam room at the prom and there are a lot more.
Also, I adored the scene when Alex told Izzie "Izz, I love you", that was beautiful, the whole part. I loved Mark and Lexie's conversation "Little Grey, you put me back together" and when he was in hospital and she climbed up into his bed. I forgot the scene when Alex came to Joe's and gave Izzie that wonderful, passionate kiss.
I can write till tomorrow, these are the scenes that dropped first on my mind.

The end of the 100th episode, Mer & Der on the floor in front of the fireplace (where their relationship started at the beginning of Season 1 by the way) Mer says: "best non-wedding day ever" and Der says: "wanna go again?" Love that scene.

I love all of Mer/Der scenes. But if I has to choose some of them:
Candle House scene, Sex in the Exam room, The Proposal.
But my favorite love scene with Alex/Izzie is of course the Wedding.
