I'm so glad I discovered this thread.
I LOVE George and Izzie so much. They were the best couple. I'm sorry, but I just don't get Alex and Izzie.
I'm glad to find other fans.
I have been crying since I heard about George.

Did you read what Krista Vernoff said? She said there moight be a surprise coming with George.

Hey- anyone feel funny (not in a good way) when you read some of the comments from fans who think TR leaving is so simple as TR wanted to do theater and Shonda backburnered George just for the shock value with the finale? Ugh.
Honestly? I think Shonda has lost creative freedom with the show. The network is pulling direction.
And TR leaving? I'm so happy for him... he's gonna rock theater! He'll do amazing things, I know it. But what happened behind the scenes... well even if we don't know the specifics of what went down, we at least can read the constant battering by critics that he has endured over the past couple of years and wonder how that might have quite unfairly influence TPTB. Honestly, I can't take reading some of the comments lately...

I know. You don't backburner someone that much without there not being personal behind it.
Rumors are not always right, but there's always some truth behind it, and they all said Shonda and TR's relationship was tense.
He didn't thank her when he left either.
It's pretty obvious to me. I guess some are devoted Grey fans and will believe every lie Shonda tells them.
I don't.
TR seems happy and I'm thrilled for him. It won't change my mind that what TPTB did to him and the critics was disgusting.
They still act like Gizzie ruined the show. I don't get that. The ratings were better when they were together.
I guess some people are feeling threatened by the bad ratings and so many George fans saying they want to quit too.
The ratings will speak for themselves.
That photo is love. George was so in love with Izzie. I'd love for someone to look at me this way.
