i'm glad kh is staying on the show. i think it'd be awful if both her & tr left. i agree with mchottie, i think tr's absence throughout s5 definitely set the table for his premature exit. too bad they can't bring back burke, that'd be some fabulous drama with cristina & owen!

Ahhh! I'm going through withdrawel! I did see the first preview for The Lightning Theif where our favorite Scot, Kevin McKidd, is playing the Greek God Poseidon but there was no sighting of Mr. McKidd, with or without a shirt on. Drat!
Oh well, hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Back to school work for me! I only got a few weeks off.

Hey everyone what's up? There has been a problem with me logging in and posting. I'm currently watching the repeat on ABC and decided to give a shot at this forum again. I do like the episode on Owen's ex-fiancee appearing at the hospital :)
So TR left GA, I kinda expect it coming. And it would be unreal if O'Malley survives the crash! He was heavily injured for holly sake. But you know what, I dread S6 Ep1. It's gonna be such an emotional scene :( I wonder how are those people gonna deal with George's death... SIGH :( And yea, I agree with dinofigg. As much as we all love Owen, I do miss Burke. And I do wish to see him coming back for Cristina. On the other hand, I rather Burke not coming back because poor Owen would be hurt!

I don't think there would really be the drama there if Burke came back (which we all know will NEVER happen because Isaiah Washington did a very stupid thing). The reason I don't think the drama would be there is because that Cristina loves Owen way more than she ever loved Burke. Burke was all about the work and how she idolized him and his abilities. She's not competing with Owen or trying to impress him. In the last ep, she finally broke down and told him that she loves him and I don't think she was ever able to do that with Burke. Burke loved her more than she ever loved him.
And I don't think either Owen or Burke would ever actually fight over her. I think they'd both let her choose and I think she'd choose Owen.
I'm not saying that she and Burke weren't good together but I never thought they were on the same page....at least not at the same time.

i'm here in italy and it is GREAT/AMAZING/SPECTACULAR and whatever other descriptive words you can come up with!
i'm glad to hear katherine heigl is for sure coming back to the show. i wonder how each character will deal with georges passing...

it's Aug! yay its less than 2 months and I'm so glad the casts have started filming. I don't see KMK's picture at the filming set though, which keeps me wondering if he's present.

Missing Dr. Burk. Cristina and Owen need a shocker. We did not see her deal with being left at the altar. Can we see this played out with Burk, Cristina and Owen. No fighting of course. Just good old flashbacks and flashfowards of the best sex, memories and conversations.
I especially liked when Cristina miscarried and she couldn't stop crying and Dr. Burk held her...Awww. Where is Dr. Burk?

Good to have you back. I'm glad you had such an amazing time. I'm so jealous!
I'm definitely looking forward to the new season. Starting the second half of my summer quarter. 5 1/2 weeks to go and then I'm taking the fall quarter off to have surgery on my right elbow and wrist. Wish I had McDreamy, McSteamy, or McHottie to operate on me! My surgeon may be good at what he does and have a killer South African accent but he's no Derek, Mark, or Owen! Still, I'll try to imagine he does!
Hopefully we will have some great eps to watch while I'm laid up and unable to use the computer (gasp!). And hey, I do get 2-3 weeks off of work!
