    It has to be Meredith related.  Derek looks really mad.  I would hate to think it's something stupid, like fighting over how to treat a patient or something.  Mark and Derek have come a long way in their friendship.

    ya...I've been watching the preview over and over again and they both are DEF mad about something. Maybe Mark tells Mer that Der is going to propose because Mark is mad at Der for something?? idk!! What do you think?? Can't wait to find out!!

    Well, I am not so sure that they have made complete amends. I think they tolerate each other and share a history, but no more than that. Their friendship is not well balanced. If it had been balanced and based on mutual respect, Mark would not be freaking out about telling Derek about his relationship with Lexie. If you are tight friends with somebody you should be able to tell them the truth. Mark tried, he honestly tried, to tell him about his feelings for Lexie when he was helping Derek with the ridiculous decorating of the room, and Derek rather unkindly brushed him off. A friend who brushes you off like that when you are trying to show a different side of yourself....

    Derek is too selfabsorbed for my taste and a crappy friend. Although I hate the thought of an actual fight, it may clear the air. Mark carries too much guilt from the past and it's time to let it go. Callie is right - he should let himself be happy. With or without Derek.
