Maybe. I still think it has to do with Meredith because I don't think he'[d go that crazy otherwise. I mean I saw his face. HIS EYES WERE POPPING OUT OF HIS HEAD!

I watched the clip on YouTube and paused it right at that "eye popping" moment....I laughed my arss off!!!! I still laugh when I picture it!

but it has to be really bad because Derek can stay calm most of the time, I've never seen him so agressive not even when Mark came to Seattle, there he only punched him once

This HAS to be like an over the top reason plus the stress. He really goes after Mark. I noticed when Mark hit him he was cowering in fear! I want to see if Mer takes care of Derek after (stitches, ice etc.) and what her reaction is.
