    I've watched it like 10 times already and it does look like McDreamy was the McJackass and started the fight. But really, he looks EXTREMELY mad and the whole "eyes popping out of his head" thing. I think it involves Meredith because I don't know what or who could get him sooooo crazed.

    Here's one of my theories. What if Meredith found out about Mark and Lexie and she went to Derek about it (since she's now 'healed and whole' and can talk to him). And when Derek goes to Mark about it, Mark criticises Meredith to Derek, or makes some remark about Meredith and Derek's relationship that comes off belligerent and thus spurs the fight. Whatever the reason, it's definitely about the 'Greys' because all of the fist fights in this show always happen over a woman. Derek hits Mark for talking to Meredith ... George hits Alex for saying Callie's sleeping with Mark ... actually, I think those were the only two. Still, both over women. Drama drama drama. I CAN'T WAIT!

    i don't know if derek would be that mad at mark for sleeping with his future sister-in-law.. he would be dissapointed..

    I'm really mad! That spoiler article said it was kinda over lexie... it could still be the "grey and sloan thing" and he's so mad at Addison he doesn't stop to think.
