Derek=harassment ???

   Ok, I've been re-watching season 1 where Meredith insists that her relationship with Derek be purely professional but he disagrees.

   And I'm sorry but if she didn't like him then I'd say he'd probably be sued for stalking her or sexual harassment! I know that the reason he was acting like that was because he knew she liked him but still even though everyone loves him... anyone agree with me?

   In the real world, yep, I suppose you are right, he could get in trouble I suppose, but 2 things...

   1.  She liked him and we all knew it, including Derek

   2. it's not the real world, so they can do things we can't

    

   I just started re-watching Season 1 also.  Enjoy! Gotta do something to keep us sane during these long breaks!

   Ya I agree but its a romantic way i find :D I would lovvve to get stalked by Derek :D BUt liek people said its a tv show so .... Ha i wached greys anatomy seasone 1 5 times seasone 2 4 times seasone 3 5 times and seasone 4 3 times and what we have for now of season five 3 times  I lllllooovvve it :D

   The thing is, that she kissed him in the elevator (besides the fact they had already had sex...). The fact that she initiated the kiss and that kind of opened the whole thing up for him to ask her- he knew she was interested and knew she was just being coy when she was refusing him. I don't think it was harrassment. Inappropriate, yes- he is her boss and as soon as he found that out he should have stopped any pursuit and he was also putting her in a bad predicament- but she was just as complicit in the whole sexual tension and innuendo as he was, I think.

   But she loved him and he loved her they loved each other you cant stop who you love so I find its kinda romantic in a way
