I love, love, love the dynamics between these two on last nights episode!! I hope they get together. Dr Bailey deserves a good relationship...why not with a hottie!! I SOOOOOO hope things heat up next week and that the Gas Man is a new addition to Greys long term!

I completely agree! There was some serious chemistry between The Gas Man and Dr. Bailey. That would be great; she deserves some love. The softer side of Bailey is always interesting and it looks like The Gas Man is going to get her to open up. I have seen that actor alot and have always liked him (Eli Stone, What About Brian). He adds something that the show was missing. Great episode last night!

It would be wonderful to have Bailey happy for a change, but unfortunately she's probably going to lose Waren. Jason George (Who plays him) is signed up for Shonda's new show "Off The Map" Poor Bailey :(
