Meredith and Derek by far!!!! They are just so cute! I know all about the show and I mean everything. So I have seen almost every episode ever made. Which means I know alot about all the couples. From that I conclude that MerDer are the best! Anyone who does not agree with that is crazy. Yes there are some other cute couples on the show but they are the best by far!!! Hello if you do not see that then you clearly do not watch the show enough! It is just common sense! Will someone please make them kiss sometime this season I mean they are married for heavens sake!!!!!!!!!!!! MERDER 4 EVER!!!!!

OWEN and CRISTINA
I don't know how to explain but i really like their relationship. I love the way they look at each other and how they talk without any words, just walking side by side or holding hands.

I will say Lexie and Mark ... I fell in love with them since they've been together maybe I like them cause they are not so perfect,okay both of them are hot but I adore how Lexie makes him a better man and he makes such an efford to comford her :)
also I like Izzie and Alex for their history for soo long,since season one I think everybody knew they are ment to be together,they survived everything and had amazing moment....yes the moment are what made them so fantastic

Alex and Izzie!!!
Since season 1 they were meant to be together... He was the only one who could pick her up when Denny died... She made him a better person... Season 5 was so amazing for them even though it seems now it was all for nothing!!! The writers created an awful storyline for them and the whole off-screen drama with Katherine Heigl just ruined them!!! They were so in love, they had this amazing wedding and now they are over just like that... ALEX and IZZIE 4 EVER!!!
Of course I also love Meredith and Derek!!! And I don't think there are a lot to explain!!! If the writers try to screw them up with this chick from Mercy West... Well... I won't say anything... Just wait and see...
