I'll go against the norm and say Arizona and Callie. We see very little of them but what we do see is so natural that its great to watch. In the space of a small amount of time, Arizona brought Callie back to almost being the confident Callie that started out on Grey's.

aside from merder, i like owen and tina's..
soo deep relationship they have in there.. i hope they'll be back together.. i love them!

George and izzie. Their connection and love was so deep.
They made each other awesome. I miss them.

There are couple of really good couples, but of course, my favorites are Mer and Der. They are so cute together, they have such a good chemistry, they've been through a lot in their relationship and they survived it together. And now, it's time for them to be finally happy together.
