The series was perfect until the end of the season 4 when some scene of two guys kissing.  On the last chapter (of this season) Dr. Callie Torres and Dr. Erica Hahn was kissing.  It is horrible.  I hope that on season 5 no more scenes like this are shown.

Yeah... I wasn't too sure about the Callie+Erica relationship until now. Plus they're adding a bisexual character to the show.

It's great to see that Grey's is getting over stereotypes of homosexuals but please, they shouldn't make it too over the top. Just let a couple be happy for once without interferences!

    umm, don't be such a fucking homo-phob.

like honestly it doesn't matter. love is love.

    no matter who it's with.

There not afraid to expereiment with the show.

and thats one of the great things about it

grey's anatomy braves controversy, by not caring that they have two lesbian characters

and actually fuck you. thats disgusting and all guys ever think about gay love.

so its okay for girls but not guys? i think that it shouldn't matter.

and i think that nicky smart and juen should shut their fuck ugly faces

This is the 21st century. Damn, even if it wasn't. homosexuality has been around since time immamorial. If people weren't meant to be attracted to people of the same sex, we wouldn't have that option in our brains.

I applaud any tv show that is showing that love is love, regardless of the genders involved. We need more love in the world and less haters.

The Callie and Erica storyline was badly portrayed in my opinion. I think ABC while trying to push the boundries, were also trying too hard to censor things. While I don't think its a great idea to be overly graphic (Im not keen on that whether straight or gay relationships are involved) I think that perhaps a more realistic approach was needed. With Callie it was too sudden to be accepted by fans, and with Erica there was too much dislike for her character and not any back story with her for fans to really care. I personally thought the character was great, but thats me.

The problem comes when people are too closed minded and get angry when someone tries to show another aspect of life. It wasn't so long ago that there was controversy about mixed race couples on TV. But slowly it became acceptable, the way it should be.

I have to hope that one day, in the not too distant future, people will be more accepting of seing same sex couples on the TV. Because (and this may come as a shock to some people) they do exist and they aren't going away. But you don't see gay people on message boards and boycotting shows because there is "too much straight sex on the tv!!!" it doesn't happen.

I hope that the Callie and Arizona storyline is portrayed fairly and realistically. I hope it isn't rushed and made a mockery of, as it has the potential to be a really good story. Just like people have the potential to be nice and accepting, its up to them if they don't. but its not fair to be getting angry about things like gay couples on TV, when gay people have as much right to see something relevant to them, as straight people do.

Okay. Some of these comments were really homophobic. I can't say I was a Callica fan. I only didn't like them because I like Mark and Callie and I thought their personalities clashed. Callie and Arizona could be good... we haven't really seen enough to judge yet.

THIS IS THE 21ST CENTURY, GET USE TO IT!

what's the bloody point of hating people that by your standards aren't good enough or sth...

everyone that doesn't hurt others in any way deserves respect! EVERYONE!

and Personally, the two hot guys kissing scene....what on earth is supposed to be wrong with that?

    it was HOT!

    bring it on, I say!
