    They have good scenes together but they just aren't meant to be a couple anymore. And actually I like the relationships that her and Mark and in now. I feel like they don't really have a future together anymore after their last encounter in season 3 of Private Practice.

    I think Addison is execellent on Private Practice she doesn't need to come back to Grey's there is no room for her anymore, maybe once in while, but not as a permanent character. I'm sure she is happier there.
