    Alex/Izzie 4 ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other couples are just fine. I don't care if any of the other couples break up except alex and izzie (sry Mer/Der fans its just my view! Izzie's like my favorite character now )

    I would also like to see Alex and Addie again (although I love him with Izzie), he had best chemistry with Addie.

    I guess it should be Mark and Callie and George and Lexie. But, I don't mind Lexie with McSteamy, I'm not the biggest fan of them, but I like them.
