George and Izzie. They were the best together.
Also MerDer and Crowen, but definitely Gizzie first.
I'd also put Mallie together and end the awful Mexie.

merder, cristowen, slexie (even though i see they´re not exactly loved here), calliezona, izzex and george and new girl even though i hope she wont be a wining/baby as she was in 5.24 (i mean, in that ep it was understandable, but not whole her life i hope). oh, and bailey and hopefully new sexy doctor ;).

But I am still hope that Izzie and Alex are going to make it cause I just love seeing them together.
And for george.. he had a lot of bad luck lately so hopefully he is going to find love soon
