Alex & Izzie. This is disgusting. She's right in saying he acts like a barbarian. Izzie needs to get some self-value here and walk away. So, poor wounded Alex is testing her, so poor wounded Alex is so broken he doesn't know how to treat a partner with respect. What woman has not had some phase of her life when she always wanted the jerk-guy, the wounded bird that could still love on some level and was only going to love just her and she would/could fix him??? So, you want to say it's realistic? Fine, I guess you might have something there. But I can tell you that NONE of us who have matured beyond this twisted way of seeking a relationship wants to relive it by watching our favorite characters degrade themselves the same way that we have finally learned not to. Disgusting, Shonda, come on! Honestly, I am a Gizzie fan. George is a million times more a better man which makes him a million times more desirable, but many didn't want Gizzie together, so you split them apart. Fine, I can accept that for now... I can accept Izzie with someone else right now-- why not try someone like Mark with Izzie? Yes, he may be a male slut, but only because he hasn't found that girl yet-- he has so much depth and so much caring and tenderness (which we have seen with his relationship w/ Der and how he has interacted with Mer at times). I'm not saying it has to be Mark, but I am saying NOT ALEX! Writer's you had us intrigued about the mysterious Alex Karev. We were on board with that, with the idea about finding out more, seeing him evolve-- him, not Izzie fixing him or changing him. Is this the message you want to convey-- don't give up on people? Well that's all fine and dandy but you have to give Alex something positive that makes Izzie not want to give up on him. He's been nothing but nasty. She can support him and not give up on him as a friend. I'm on board with that. But for her to spread her legs wide open (and her heart) for him while he's acting like this is simply degrading and disgusting. To Izzie. To women. So, I know its a very strong negative opinion. Which I hate to do. So, I will end on this note-- Although I am extremely unhappy with the progression of the Alex/Izzie storyline, Greys is still my favorite show and I can't miss one minute of MerDer.

A have to agree with greysaddiction. I'm a huge fan of the series from Hungary(Europe), but i am so worried about things turning out.
Shonda sad that she's got a big love storry for Izzie. Is it this????????
I'm not against you amarican people but your way of thinking allways positive freeks me out. And yes in real life in a hospital near everyone hooked up with everyone, but it doesn't mean that it has to ackt like that in the series too, because it becomes disgusting after a while.
How can it happen that Christina has a new man???? Why has to poor Izzie fall back on Alex, who is not and idea of a woman who is for a real relationship.
So i tought the creators will be more creative this time, but I see they run out of opption!!!!
So please, if you want real succsess try to use your brains!!!!!!

im sry, but i like that Cristina has a new love. She cant whine over losing Burke for the rest of her life. Although, I'm not sure I like Maj. Hunt. He's so rude and his emergency care techniques are so...weird and Karev's patient could've lost half his face. The pig thing was unorthodox...but hospitals all over the world use live tissue, aka animals...lol. But if you read the Writers' Blog on ABC, you'll see that they had a reason for using it!
Alex and Izzie: I really dont wanna get into this one more time so I'm going to state my opinion and respect the opinion of others. I really like them together and i really hope they stay together. Alex is learning to be a 1952 kinda guy. So for one second Iz made it 1952 and asked him to go steady. Cute, aint it?
And next week we know that Denny will show up...but in what circumstances?! I mean, we know Izzie isn't dying. And through the summary I understand that Hahn is gonna find out about the Izzie and Denny thing. So as we know Hahn to be a heartless cardiologist, she will probably think less of Izzie bc of it. So Izzie becomes the new Cristina for Hahn?

I'm sorry but i didn't sad that Christina does not deserve the new love. But its really unfair that she is getting Maj. Hunt and Izzie gets Alex again, although it did not work out.

I am an avid Lexzie fan, but the storyline with Denny is crossing the line, the very thick line I might add.
Poor Alex, he has gone through so much, and he's finally becoming the better man everyone wants him to be, then this happens. No wonder he's defensive, he doesn't want his heart to be broken again and again, watching his loved ones suffer. I just want him to be happy, not because he's my favorite character, but because (don't you think) he deserves to be happy, I mean don't we all deserve to be happy?
As much as I love Izzie, I am sorry to say that she has made #1 on my "Most Unlikable People" list. The whole thing with George was just too much for me, but this sleeping with the dead guy is beyond my comprehension. I know that she loves Denny, but honestly?!? She's the one that wanted to go steady and this is how she treats Alex! If she wants revenge for everything he's done to her, fine, but she is a total nutcase.
Again Alex! *sigh* I love how he didn't believe that Izzie was sleeping with someone else, so he thought that she was "flying solo". He is honestly way too cute now. I really don't know if it will last though, with how the show is progressing.

I knew izzie and alex were going to be together as soon as he lifted her off of denny's death bed. it's so obvious that he loves and cares about her and once the whole denny situation is gone, they should be happy together. he has such trouble with opening up and talking about how he feels but he is trying and getting better with izzie.
i love denny, but i need closure as much as izzie. she needs to tell him she loves him and wont forget him and he needs to go. he can come back when "she needs him" but she doesn't right now.

Alex and Izzie are FINALLY getting somewhere, and it was great, but as we all know, Grey's Anatomy is incapable of having a functional relationship for more than an episode or two. And, they mess this one up with a dead guy? Sex with a dead guy, seriously? This is getting pathetic.
