Gigi- I don't think anyone was trying to personally insult you when they said they didn't think that George and Izzie didn't have chemistry, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
I suppose I have a few least favorite relationships:
Alex/Ava/Jane Doe/Rebecca, Alex/Addison, George/Izzie, Derek/Rose
I hated not having Merder together, but I actually liked Addison, and it was a good story line. Besides, it was obvious that he still loved Meredith. When it comes to Mer/Finn, I don't hate them because I think that he never meant anything to her, and he helped her character develop and find her way back to Derek. I feel similarly about Derek and Rose, but they made it on my list anyways because I found Rose really annoying.
Alex and Ava: I didn't hate them at first, but once I fell in love with Lexzie and she went crazy, well.....
Alex/Addison and George/Izzie: With these relationships, even before I became a Lexzie shipper, I was never able to watch their kisses. I'm not exactly sure why, I just really never liked these couples.

For me, Number 1 on this list definitely are Derek and Rose.
God, I hated Rose so much, she was a stalker, she ruined MerDer in 4th season, and they didn't have any chemistry. Plus, she was like Addison nicely pointed out, his doe-eye McRebound girl. Sorry for all the negative talk, but I really hated her.
Although I'm a HUGE MerDer fan, I have to say I didn't dislike Addison at all with Derek, to me it was obvious that they used to have chemistry, and we all kind of knew that Mer and Der are going to end up together.
I also dislike Alex and Ava, to me it was cute how he cared for her so much after the ferryboat accident, but all ofter that, when she went all crazy and that stuff, that was just a total disaster for me.
That's about it.

derek/rose-she seemed nice, but den she stabbed derek wit a scapel and told him she was preganant, what a bitch. derek didnt even like er dat much cause he didnt sleep wit er for ages.
alex/ava-you could see she was crazy, what a freak.

I posted on this already but I need to fix.
1. Derek and Rose- a) I love MerDer b) Derek never even loved/like Rose c) Rose stabbed Derek and told him she was pregnant
2. Meredith and Finn- a) Again... I love merDer b) Finn was totally a rip off Derek and he was a little desperate...
3. Alex and Ava- I liked them at first, when she was a patient but then she definitely wasn't good for him and she was kinda crazy...
4. Addison and Derek- a) I love MerDer b) They may have been a good couple in New York but once Derek met Meredith he didn't really love Addison anymore and he was just trying with her to be a good guy. I like Addison as a person but not as Derek's wife.

Mark/Lexie is just ------ or me... Plain boring and I couldn't really bother about their relationship and it just seems that the writers ain't really focusing on them.
George/Izzie just seems like incest to me, no offense. Izzie suits Alex better. And I used to prefer George with Callie until she turns gay...

Izzie/George by a landslide! I <3 them as close friends. Izzie belongs with alex no question the actors have chemistry. I'm not really a person who decides about tv show couple but these two just stood out to me (the current relationships are fine as is and I don't really care about them)

Meredith and Finn - Just because he came between her and Derek.
Lexie and Alex - They just didn't go together, at all.
Izzie and Denny - Because Denny, quite simply, annoyed the hell outta me.
Izzie and George - We all know they're better off as friends, right?
